Dr. Colcleugh, Plastic Surgeon, is an honours graduate from the University of Western Ontario. He received his surgical training in various centers in Canada, the United States and Europe. Dr. Colcleugh is Professor of Surgery at UWO and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
