Beauty by nature and by design Centuries ago, Aristotle observed that personal beauty is a greater recommendation than any letter of introduction. Little has changed since his day. Developments in technology and surgical technique are resulting in dramatic improvements to what you can expect when consulting a plastic surgeon. As well, thousands are experiencing the benefits of non-surgical procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers.  It is truly an exciting time to be involved in cosmetic surgery.
There is no doubt that people who take the step to enhance their image find personal satisfaction with the changes but also experience renewed feelings of self confidence. Before consulting a cosmetic surgeon I urge you to take the time to do some research into your choice. It is important to check the surgeon’s credentials. This would include their training and current level of practice. In Canada, qualified plastic surgeons are fellows of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
